All shipping costs are charged at the time of order and will be included on your invoice. Please let me know if you would like me to use you preferred commercial carrier service account (UPS/Fedex/etc.) by providing your account number. All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA; Dari Luna is not responsible for carrier delays or customs/duty fees.
For international shipping, please let me know specific address on your email request for a quote. For international orders: The buyer is responsible for customs/duty/vat charges.
Art prints ship 1 week from receipt of order. Some orders are "made to order", although turnaround times may vary, depending on back-ordered items or other special circumstances. If your order is time-sensitive, please let me know.
Cancellations & Returns
I ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Any reductions to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee of 20% of the total deducted from your order. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or returns must be reported within 5 days of receipt, and returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of reporting. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
